Heart of Grace Home Care partners with Mississippi Medicaid waiver programs and provides services to eligible recipients participating in Medicaid waiver programs, including the ID/DD Waiver. We also serve eligible Veterans through VA programs, private-pay clients, and individuals utilizing qualifying private insurance benefits.
